I have not won anything yet, but my credit card has been charged 30 cents. I need to know why?
$ 0.30 is a testing of the payment system, the amount will be returned after a very, very short time. Every time the rate is placed on a new auction, we check that the credit card is valid. The amount will be returned in a few hours.
How can I receive a prize in another warehouse after it is won?
After you receive the invoice, contact us by e-mail and add a note that you want to receive the goods in another warehouse. Once the item has been moved, we will respond to this email informing you when the product will be available for shipping.
What if I can not pick up my goods at the appointed time?
If you can not come to the planned time of receipt, then the winner’s responsibility will be to send someone on their behalf with a valid driver’s license and “paid full account.” Goods that were not selected on the scheduled date are subject to resale within 1 week after the scheduled date. No refunds will be issued for items that have not been raised.
Can I return my goods?
No, all products are sold without warranty. There will be no exceptions. Come to the preview to check the status of the item (s) before you bet.
I am allowed to open the boxes during the preview?
Yes, we encourage the bidder to visit us on a preview to know exactly what they are trading for before they even send their first application. You do not even need to be a registered customer to view the preview elements.
Why do I need to register a credit card?
All credit cards of the winners of the auction will be charged at the end of each auction. This helps reduce the waiting time during the pickup and simplifies the search for items.
What should I take with me to pick up my item?
You must submit a “paid full” account and a valid driver’s license at the time of receipt.
Is there a monthly fee?
There is no subscription to the obligations required to participate in the auctions on our auctions.
